Families in La Grange, La Grange Park, and Western Springs can start registering their students for the 2026-27 school year at Lyons Township High School — and many won't need to set foot in the building to prove where they live.

LTHS District 204 opened its Online Registration process and notified families in an April 27 email. Families whose addresses are confirmed through the system won't need to bring documents to school at all, the district said.

Families will learn their verification status in early July. Those who are cleared won't need to do anything further; those who aren't will receive instructions on what residency documents to bring.

What families need to do now

• Log in to the Infinite Campus Portal, the district's student information system, and complete the Online Registration process. Online registration must be completed by Friday, May 22.
• Mark June 1 on the calendar. That's when the LTHS online webstore opens for fee payments, textbook purchases, workbooks and supplies, and Booster and Parent-Teacher Council memberships.
• Watch for an early July notification about residency verification status.
• Incoming freshmen should be prepared to submit an original birth certificate. The deadline to submit is June 26.
