La Grange's 30-Year Arts Festival Is Seeking Sponsors — and the Window to Get In Is Open Now

La Grange's 30-Year Arts Festival Is Seeking Sponsors — and the Window to Get In Is Open Now

A milestone anniversary and a prime stretch of downtown La Grange real estate are on the table for local businesses willing to invest in the community's biggest arts weekend.

The La Grange Business Association (LGBA) opened sponsorship applications for the 2026 West End Arts Festival on April 3, according to the organization's sponsorship page at lgba.com. The festival — now in its 30th year — is set for Saturday, September 12, and Sunday, September 13, 2026, along Burlington Avenue near the historic Stone Avenue Metra Station.

The event is one of the LGBA's flagship annual programs, described by the association as a juried fine art festival featuring fine art exhibitions, live demonstrations, interactive activities, acoustic music, and food and drinks in an open-air setting. Admission and parking are free, a draw that tends to pull in a broad cross-section of residents and visitors.

According to the LGBA's sponsorship page, the festival "brings together artists, makers, performers, and the community for a vibrant weekend celebrating creativity in downtown La Grange," attracting families, shoppers, and art enthusiasts — including active art buyers — throughout the two-day run. The association notes the event is easily accessible from Chicago, sitting roughly 20 minutes west of the city with direct Metra service.

For area businesses, the festival represents a concentrated visibility opportunity in a walkable, high-foot-traffic corridor surrounded by small businesses and free parking — what the LGBA calls "a picture-perfect setting."

Artist applications for the 30th anniversary festival are also open through zapplication.org, per the LGBA's announcement, adding a creative-economy angle for galleries, studios, and arts-adjacent businesses considering participation.
