Softball: The Lions open their Class 4A regional at home Wednesday, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. against Burbank (Reavis) at Stacy Ann Baker Field, 4900 Willow Springs Rd. in Western Springs. The newly dedicated field, named after a $3 million gift from the Stacy Ann Baker Charitable Fund in April, hosts its first postseason game.
Girls soccer: No. 2-seeded Lyons hosts the Class 3A regional on May 20, facing No. 15 Kenwood at 5 p.m. The regional final is May 23.
Nazareth girls soccer: The No. 7 Roadrunners open Class 2A play Tuesday, May 19 at 6:30 p.m. against No. 11 Chicago University in the Chicago University Regional.
